Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact us using the form or at info@artprintss.com so that we can check the eligibility for a refund. If approved, we offer a full refund within 30 days of receiving your shipment.
You can cancel your order at any time before it ships. Simply reach out to us for assistance.
Eligibility for a Full Refund:
- To qualify for a full refund or online store credit, the request must be made within 30 days from the date you receive your shipment.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required to process the refund.
- Examples of eligible refunds consist of, but are not limited to: lost shipments, damaged or defective prints, quality issues, incorrect prints, unsatisfied overall with print.
***We will never require you to ship your art prints back, however, do not discard of your prints until your return is complete. ***
Refund Process:
- Contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your shipment to initiate your refund request.
- Once your request is approved, we will process your refund or online store credit. Store credit will be granted instantly, while refunds can 3-5 business day to process.
- If eligible for a refund, we refund both your order and the shipping cost.
